New Patented technology for casino and gaming industry

LEGAL iGAMING UNVEILS REMOTE ACCESS PLAY

Legal iGaming (LiG) has announced they will deploy the first ever remote access gaming solution to the casino and gaming industry. At long last there is a serious product that moves into a vital gaming territory that previously had been only partly charted. LiG has finally unravelled the riddle of the complexities associated with remote access gaming and closed-loop secure networks. The most advanced security will allow for remote access connectivity to the casino floor.

The company will focus initially on its remote access technology in the casino, allowing patrons access from their hotel rooms. Celebrities, high rollers, non-smokers, and the handicapped especially appreciate this type of access to the casino floor - there are numerous categories of clientele who will be able to benefit from this new access.

The company's remote access platform was spawned as a result of their recent development of Multi-player slot machines for the Indian gaming community. In 2003 the major Indian casinos reached full capacity with their Class III gaming devices. Regulation allows for up to 2000 machines in the casinos, and current regulation is in effect until the year 2020. LiG developed a solution for the Indian gaming community that will allow them to serve up to 8000 people per casino, while keeping them within regulation. The company enjoys a tight relationship with top-level Indian casino executives as a result of their patented technology. LiG's new technology will soon be available to every Indian casino in the U.S., via licensing and royalty agreements.

Currently LiG serves the gaming industry in cash handling and voucher redemption equipment, and the company is fast becoming a major in the casino service industry. With the myriad of applications that their new technology allows, the company is surely a candidate for a merger / buyout in the very near future. According to LiG co-founder and president Michael Saunders:

"The momentum the company has picked up in the last 6 months is amazing. We recently acquired two manufacturing companies that make cash handling and voucher redemption equipment. The casinos are transitioning into a cashless environment, by utilizing voucher redemption terminals. This way you just cash out when you're done. It saves money, in more ways than one. With our proprietary technology, and these recent acquisitions, we are approaching the casinos with a complete, cost effective, value added solution."

LiG has the support of the major hotel and casinos in the rolling out of their new technology and, according to the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, LiG is "the best solution for the gaming community." Additionally, the founders of LiG are the authors of numerous patents held by other major US gaming companies, including Mikhon, IGT, and Aristocrat. The list of officers and directors more than resembles a list of pioneers in the gaming industry.

The company is currently finalizing a private placement round of financing at $2.00 share, with series A and B warrants. Most investors at this point will not be able to participate in the company's current round of financing. According to Mr. Saunders, "We are not at liberty to discuss the company's future plans, or exit strategy. Let's just say we are very excited about the next 24-36 months."

Legal iGaming has also developed Blackjack Switch, which is a brilliant player-friendly game where two hands are dealt to each player - giving them the option of ‘switching’ around the second cards of the hands to improve their play - as well as other novel features. With seven patents to its name, and other gaming products like Multi-Player Slot Machines, the company is poised to be a major force in the gaming industry worldwide. (E-04.06.05)
