Novomatic AG and Admiral Casinos & Entertainment (ACE) operate over 30 casinos and gaming outlets globally, and last week celebrated the opening of their latest casino in the historical heart of Vienna. The latest Admiral venture was launched in style on a beautiful Spring night with a gala attended by the president of the company, Jens Halle, and the flamboyant architect of the project, Willy Gomez.

The casino, off the main Ausstellungsstraße near the Big Wheel, exudes luxury in an Egyptian atmosphere reminiscent of Pharaoh’s palaces as portrayed by Hollywood epics. It is a delight to the eye and will surely become a favourite venue for the Viennese. Impressive marble flooring in the entrance leads into the gaming area with spacious stage for live shows, while an elegant sweeping staircase, or more prosaic escalator, conveys visitors up to a sports betting room, restaurant and bar.

The Novomatic Group is also an established leader in the European Union Accession States, as evidenced by the recent opening of operations in the Czech Republic, Estonia and Latvia, as well as Hungary. The company defines its success in international markets as being based on clear customer orientation.
