The only gambling conference in Asia that focuses solely on i-gaming takes place from 26-28 February 2008. The longest running gaming event of its kind was formerly known as PCiG, and the event now in its sixth year is organised by Clarion Gaming as AiG. The Asian i-Gaming Congress and Expo will be held at the Venetian Macau amidst a hotbed of gaming industry activity in a region that will grow 14% a year from 2005 to 2010.
The AiG event returns to Macau on a much larger scale with an extended conference with streams and two pre-conference summits, as well as a larger exhibition to help facilitate the networking opportunities the industry needs. This event is perfectly timed to enable vendors to get the latest information on developments in this fast-moving industry.
AiG 2008 will feature an unparalleled line-up of speakers covering topics such as: Strategies for future growth in Asia; How to evaluate an emerging market and reach critical mass; Understanding the Chinese concepts of luck and superstition; Adapting games for the Asian player; Sports book innovations and lottery developments; New operational models such as Internet Cafés and Online Tournaments; Potential for poker in the region; and Remote and mobile gambling.
With over 35 speakers to date, the AiG 2008 speaking panel is the best ever, with access to invaluable knowledge and experience. Charlie Hastings, Clarion Events Marketing Director said: “Whether you are looking to break into the Asian market and need advice on regulation and culture, or have an established presence in the region and want to enforce your branding and affiliations, AiG is the right event for you.” (E-12.21.07)
