Last week Bally Technologies Inc announced it has obtained initial agreements with Italian concessionaire B Plus Giocolegale Ltd to provide 1,000 games for the nascent Italian video lottery (VLT) industry, bringing Bally’s total initial agreements to the provision of 4,600 gaming devices in the country. To date Bally has entered into long-term agreements with three of Italy’s largest concessionaires − B Plus, HBG Group, and Sisal Slot − to provide VLT devices for the new video-lottery programme being implemented throughout Italy in public venues. Bally expects to begin delivery in mid-calendar year 2011.
