CGS 2010 adds to exhibitors list

After her visit to Las Vegas Elizabeth Leiva, organizer of CGS 2010, talked about the excellent reception with which the international market has provided the second project to be held in the Caribbean - the Caribbean Gaming Show & Conference 2010.

The event will take place unavoidably on March 10 and 11, 2010 as it was planned in May 2009. “Dates are set from May, and there will be no changes of date and location, starting the Latin-American Fair Calendar. Dominican Fiesta Resort & Casino will host the most important exhibitors and visitors of the world, during those two days.

Elizabeth Leiva, C&GS Group CEO, said: “We have as major corporate sponsors, Bally, Aristocrat, Sielcon and Unidesa. Companies such Bally, Sielcon, Aristocrat, Unidesa, Alfastreet, Crown Casino Seating, SOCFI, Interblock, Lab Cert, MEI, Ainsworth, Spin, etc will be joining us having a great presentation of products and services. We also signed a cooperation agreement with ELA and Revista Casinos de Latinoamerica and European Casinos, to empower our products and services in the international market. Also, from the on-line press, we had the immediate approval of Soloazar and Games & Business Magazine.”

Always trusting industry media support on the C&GS Group’s events, Leiva said: “These press agreements, will enable us to publish in a clear and constant way the advance notices and news on our events. Brand named companies are supporting our Caribbean Show, as we said, such as GTI, Hot Games, Intergame, Yogonet, World Games Magazine, CasinoCompendium, Casino.pe, Web del Juego, Casino.pe, and the special cover of Report TV and as always, the invaluable support of our compatriot from Casino International Americano magazine.”

The Peruvian company is organizing the III Latin-American Encounter together with GLI, who guarantee the participation of the Caribbean and Latin America regulators. The Dirección de Casinos of Dominican Republic has supported the show since the project was started and their cooperation has been very active, according to the gaming authorities of the host country. The Dominican Association and its 36 casinos will ensure massive attendance of local and foreign executives at the highest level.

C&GS Group also said that through an agreement with Melia Santo Domingo Hotel, they will offer rooms for smokers and non smokers with excellent corporate rates. Leiva added: “We have also closed with COPA Airlines an excellent agreement where our visitors can enjoy from 15% to 20% off, only to be visitors from CGS 2010. Conditions are on the website.

“Staging the show on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11, we leave the option of enjoying a relaxing weekend in this beautiful country. We have arranged for our visitors a post-show activity to Saona Island, a paradise island, that can be reached by catamaran (1 hour by boat) coming from Bayahibe. The organization is hiring 3 catamarans to transport our guests and participants. The logistic control is in charge of Meeting Planet, a prestigious local company. After hard work, we all will deserve it. An experience you should not miss.

“All this effort reflects our experience in the Caribbean market showing our team perseverance and persuasion and one more time, we all see why C&GS is at the forefront of new projects and a great highlight.” (E-11.30.09)
