Earlier this month in Las Vegas the Bingo World Conference drew visitors and speakers from around the world, including the rapidly emerging Mexican gaming market. The growth of this market was a major topic, with discussion and evaluation of its future potential and prospective legal regulations. Present at the conference were the organisers of the FADJA Mexico Business Round to be held in Monterrey on 12 July 2007.
“Our commitment to the expansion of the gaming industry is permanent, and we attended this meeting looking forward to strengthening public relations with Mexican organisations, operators, and the creators of the laws that are going to reform the legal frame. The good atmosphere and reception that we have found has allowed us to arrange a corporate event for the industry for the first time in Aztec territory,” commented Jose Anibal Aguirre.
3 A Producciones headed by Aguirre, is the organiser of the new scheme that allows companies to explore local markets before making a large investment in marketing. There have been previous Business Rounds in Caracas, Venezuela and Quito, Ecuador. For the Mexico event a group of manufacturers of Class II compliant gaming machines will present their products to local operators alongside international companies offering gaming services and accessories.
