The organizers of GAMMEX 2009 will visit the London show IGE 2009 during 27-29 January to try to repeat the success they had during G2E last November. In Las Vegas a GAMMEX 2009 team made dozens of visits to principal exhibitors and met with their top management to explain the benefits Mexico offers to new investors and businesses in the gaming sector, and the pivotal role that gaming expo GAMMEX 2009 will play.

Paul Ryder, Datateam publisher leading the GAMMEX 2009 team in Las Vegas, said: “We decided to support GAMMEX 2009 because we are sure to guarantee the presence of key visitors from all Mexican gaming sectors. The Gaming & Amusement Expo Mexico – GAMMEX 2009, will take place 1 & 2 April 2009 at the International Exhibition and Convention Center located at Mexico City’s World Trade Center, and promises to showcase the latest gaming equipment and services for this exciting new market.

"We saw that in the first part of 2006 and 2008 two gaming events were organized in Monterrey, but lacked local support. We decided to test the market in August last year and organized a one day expo in Mexico City, and it was a raging success. All the exhibits were sold and everyone went home happy!"
