In a move that will bring instant change to the global gaming industry, Gaming Laboratories International has launched its innovative and exclusive “Point. Click. Transfer” feature. The program allows gaming manufacturers who have their equipment tested and certified by GLI to transfer their previously certified products to other jurisdictions with the simple click of a mouse.
GLI Sr. Director of Engineering and Client Services Ian Hughes said, “Now more than ever, the gaming industry is global. We developed ‘Point. Click. Transfer’ to enable manufacturers to move certified products into that global marketplace, quickly, easily and efficiently, with more speed and less paperwork.”
Manufacturers who use GLI for their product testing can access Point. Click. Transfer by logging onto the secure, password-protected area of GLI’s website, www.gaminglabs.com, anytime of day, anywhere in the world. From there, users can check the status of their submissions, and then easily transfer certification letters by pointing and clicking on selected jurisdictions. The system then instantly notifies the user of a successful transfer, immediately opening the new marketplace for sales.
Hughes said, “GLI’s tagline is ‘Where the Game Begins.’ You could say that with Point. Click. Transfer, now your computer is where the game begins.”
Gaming Laboratories International operates nine fully accredited testing laboratories worldwide, in addition to fully accredited inspection bodies in America, Europe and Africa. GLI is the only independent testing laboratory of its kind to hold both U.S. and International accreditations for compliance with ISO 17025 and 17020 standards for technical competence in testing and inspection services.
