GLI MACHINE TESTING AND CERTIFICATION

Better known as GLI, the worldwide leader in gaming equipment testing and certification will take part in SAGSE 2007, during October 3-5 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gaming Laboratories International, Inc.’s worldwide testing facilities test and certify electronic gaming devices for regulators and suppliers in nearly every gaming environment in the world, ensuring technology it is working as it should, guaranteeing a level playing field.

GLI has entered into more than 400 contracts worldwide to perform machine testing and certification on more than 300,000 devices. The company has also grown to employ more than 400 people working in 10 offices on five continents, serving more than 400 gaming jurisdictions. Office locations include the world headquarters in Lakewood, N.J.; Golden, Colo., Las Vegas; Macau; Sydney; Adelaide, Australia; Bologna, Italy; Graz, Austria; Hillegom, The Netherlands; and Midrand, South Africa.

GLI is a resource for regulators/operators, providing on-site services before a casino opens and during its ongoing operations. Services include central system testing and certification, development of auditing procedures for accounting and security plans, on-site testing and verification of equipment, communication protocol analysis and certification, forensic examination of machine malfunctions and new technology consultation.

For regulators, GLI provides annual rule and regulation review, independent testing and certification for all electronic gaming devices, development of test standards for lottery devices, RNG analysis, protocol analysis and certification, and VLT testing. GLI is the only lab in the world with a University program, where regulators are trained at multiple In-Service Training seminars throughout the year, and can attend the annual Regulators Roundtable, where new technologies seen at tradeshows are presented to regulators in their unique perspective.

GLI provides a neutral and private testing environment where the casino floor is accurately simulated, allowing OEMs to catch and work through any potential product pitfalls in the lab environment, and not live in the field in a client’s casino. GLI’s interoperability centers further enhance this process, enabling manufacturers to test their games with other manufacturers’ systems and vice versa.

GLI is the only test lab that is ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 accredited, meaning its testing procedures meet the highest level of quality and integrity, in the lab and in the field. GLI has developed numerous testing standards, which are now the global standards for the devices they cover.

GLI recently launched its new website, www.gaminglabs.com enabling clients to tailor the site to meet their specific needs, and have 24 hour access to the lab to check submission status and transfer certifications across jurisdictions. Christie Eickelman, Bill Treger and Karen Hughes will serve at the GLI stand at SAGSE 2007. (E-09.25.07)
