Real estate growth in the country, added to the development of the Panama Canal, has a direct international impact which has created positive economic results with a marked increase on the gaming industry. As a consequence, every year new luxury hotels are attracted to apply for permits and operating licenses for new casinos.
Monografie S.A., organizers of the event, is working side by side with the Panamanian government to implement a major marketing campaign around Latin America to guarantee the presence of the largest and most prominent casino operators, bingos, and lotteries from Central America, Caribbean, Andean and Mexico.
On the other hand it is clear that Central American countries, more and more, are making large efforts to regulate gaming. There are many countries where gaming is still not fully regulated, but governments are working on this, seeking for information and advice to obtain a legal framework to regulate and manage their gaming industry as an effective way to raise funds to contribute to the social benefits.
