11th edition of Andean Gaming Show

FADJA prepares for tomorrow

The Andean gaming show FADJA, now in its eleventh year, is once again to enliven the Corferias pavilions in Bogotá. Products and services from 32 countries will be on display tomorrow and Thursday to visitors expected to number over 4,000. FADJA has become one of the most productive shows in Latin America over the past decade and this year the most renowned international companies will be exhibiting.

Growth of the event this year has reached 20% and organizers 3A Producciones are already planning the 2010 edition. New spaces with architectonic facilities, state-of-the-art wireless connections and multi-service kiosks are part of the Corferias remodelling scheme and FADJA will be present at Las Vegas’ G2E in November to promote the show, just as G2E has taken a stand in Bogotá.

Corferias at present is a hive of industry, alive with the buzz not of worker bees but company teams speaking a host of languages while assembling stands and equipment. Latest generation slot machines will be on view side by side with roulettes, security equipment, bill validators and much, much more.

As José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO of 3A Producciones and Director of FADJA, says, “Undoubtedly the international gaming industry has chosen our event to launch its new products in Latin America – which makes us very pleased and proud.” (E-04.21.09)
