“India's economic boom through its exceptional industrial performance has created increased wealth and more disposable income for a sizeable proportion of the population (more than 400 million), which in turn has created a greater demand for developing world-class entertainment, gaming, amusement, attractions and leisure facilities.” With these words the India Entertainment Expo & Conference (iEE 2008) marketing team offer an invitation to the first ever Indian gaming event in New Delhi.

In keeping with international trends, iEE 2008 intends to invigorate India's social, leisure and entertainment scene for the people of India and the ever-growing numbers of international visitors. The expo will run from 24 to 27 July at Pragati Maidan Expo Centre, New Delhi, with a 2-day seminar programme and conference with national and international speakers for those in India’s entertainment industry. The keynote address will be on the existing legislative situation in India relating to gaming.

Parallel to the exhibition will be the presentation of the very first Conference dedicated to discussing the economic and social benefits of modern entertainment and a legalised gaming industry in India – a ‘must attend’ event for potential investors, business entrepreneurs and government personnel. iEE will showcase all sectors of the amusement, attractions and entertainment sectors and is set to take India’s leisure industry by storm!
