ICE team scoops SAGSE accolade
Clarion ATE, the organising team behind ICE was presented with the SAGSE Award for International Co-operation. The award, which recognised the co-marketing and sales efforts taking place between ICE and SAGSE, was announced by the South American show organisers at a gala dinner held recently in Buenos Aires.
On receiving the award, Clarion ATE’s Head of Marketing, John Fenna commented, "It’s a great honour that our strategy of working with important regional shows like SAGSE has been recognised. The international importance of the SAGSE event grows year on year and this can only reflect well on ICE, which is a truly international event."
New facilities in 2007
Industry professionals attending ATEI 2007 (January 23-25) will benefit from enhanced entry facilities, with show organisers laying on a dedicated 'Arrivals Lounge' on Level 1 of Earls Court 1. Unlike in previous years, when visitors arriving early have had to queue outside or jostle for space in the entrance foyer, show attendees will be welcomed into the Arrivals Lounge ahead of the doors opening daily at 10am.
In addition to information points and registration desks, the area will also house a range of facilities including news-stands, free-access internet pods, cloakrooms, seating areas, café facilities and a promotional podium hosting Raw Thrills' Super Bikes, courtesy of UK & European distributor Brent Sales/Namco Europe.
More business facilities will be available to all London Show visitors during show hours in the Business Lounge, situated on the rear left-hand side of ATEI Level 1. In addition to special seating areas, the lounge will provide complimentary newspapers and limited free access to internet, fax and photocopying services. (E-11.28.06)
