INTERBLOCK DRIVES THE MARKET AT ICE 2005

Like in any successful gaming business, there is very little left to chance at Elektroncek, the company that owns INTERBLOCK, the leading electro mechanic roulette market brand. Starting in 1997, company CEO Joc Pececnik built a prototype multi player product called Princess. The roulette game was presented in London and later in the year won the Gold Medal for best product at the Las Vegas Expo. Later that year Mr Pececnik formed Interblock d.o.o., which introduced to the market its first generation of electro mechanic roulettes under the names Supernova and Megastar.

During the ensuing years the company has built three generations of their roulette products, which sell worldwide. Interblock was established as an associated company of Elektroncek and is focused on research of gaming industry and sales, as well as maintenance of gaming appliances, to ensure that their product range enables them to satisfy varying customer needs and comply with legislation from different jurisdictions in the gaming industry.

At Earl’s Court Interblock has secured a prime position facing the Terrace Restaurant with one of the largest stands in ICE 2005. The company's goal of presenting a new product each year will see a brand new version of the casino horse racing game. Extreme Derby is one of the first two electronic gaming machines produced by the Elektroncek Group as a result of many years experience in development, design and know-how in the gaming industry. The product is a virtual horse racing game for 6 players, who can place their bets in exactly the same way as they would in the real horse-racing event. It is a unique table game experience with the technological cutting-edge elements characteristic of this Slovenian company.

The Interblock stand, however, will feature their electronic roulette, a multi-player automatic version of roulette using a real roulette wheel and ball, that allows players to place bets through a keyboard or a touch screen. There are three different models available: Megastar is the company's best-selling product and has a special position in the family of electro mechanic roulettes; Supernova, perhaps the most impressive of all devices in Interblock's electro mechanic roulette family; and the Queen model, which is designed to suit large gambling houses.

With the entry by the company into the Asian market, placing their product at some of the Stanley Ho casinos, Interblock has developed an electronic Sic-Bo game to complement two other dice products called Fantastic Dice and Paradice. In this range of products, the Electronic Dice unit works independently and is supported by electronic equipment. All the electro mechanic products manufactured by the Slovenian company are computer controlled and have the capability for state of the art player tracking technology, and gain approval when tested for any jurisdiction.
