The newest, largest and most modern leisure club has been opened by Moscow-based Kare in the Russian city of Ekaterinburg. Kare Technology was founded over 12 years ago and has become one of the biggest slot machine manufacturers in Russia, with products able to compete on equal terms technologically with foreign imported machines and having the advantage of being more competitively priced.

Kare products can be seen throughout Russia at casinos, bowling clubs, night-clubs and slots parlours. The company is also a distributor of products from IGT, Aristocrat, Atronic, Williams, UDN, and Alfastreet. Russia is the world’s second-largest country by population and may soon be competition for Asia as the world’s fastest-growing gambling market. Add to this the ingredients of a cash culture and a propensity for gambling then Russia becomes a must for gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers.

Kare Club in Ekaterinburg is the company’s first large-scale regional venture. Visitors have already been able to enjoy playing around 100 quality gaming machines from local and foreign manufacturers in the cosy setting, and Kare Club is rapidly becoming the most popular place to be seen in the city. The company is represented at the big gaming exhibitions such as EElex and ICE and will be at the new World Of Games 2005 exhibition in Moscow on June 9-11 alongside global gaming companies.
