At ICE 2009 Novomatic will present some truly groundbreaking innovations for the future of gaming to the London show audience. On booth 3035 Novomatic will invite visitors and guests to the traditional Austrian hospitality and thrill them with the latest gaming technology made in Austria: new games, new cabinets and a multiplayer platform that marks the beginning of a whole new era.

At booth number 3050 Novomatic will present a whole new dimension of multiplayer gaming: the new serverbased platform Novo Unity™ II. More than half of the booth space will be devoted to a comprehensive presentation of the multitude of new possibilities opened by this groundbreaking multiplayer technology innovation made with pride in Austria.

Novo TouchBet® Live-Roulette, Novo Multi-Roulette™, Novo TouchBet® Live-Baccarat, Novo TouchBet® Live-Black Jack, Novo TouchBet® Live-Sic Bo, Novo Multi-Roulette™ as well as the new electronic live gaming table featuring Novo Texas Hold’em Poker™ and the Novo Wheel of Cash™ will be installed in a huge live networked multiplayer cluster at ICE.

The entire range of games have been graphically redesigned and transferred to the new Novo Unity™ II platform. At ICE they will present themselves as the interoperable multiplayer product family of choice for the future of gaming.

Novo Unity™ II – the ultimate gaming innovation
A definite highlight of the show will certainly be the new multiplayer platform Novo Unity™ II offering unrivalled flexibility for the casino management and a unique gaming diversity for the guest. Novo Unity™ II is an innovative platform for the flexible operation of all Novomatic multiplayers in one networked system. It allows operators to choose any number and combination of Novomatic multiplayer games to offer on each of the individual player terminals. This new flexibility is based on the networked structure of the new Novo Unity™ II installation layout. A database server forms the central interface for the communication among all linked game servers, that host the information from the peripheral devices, and the individual player terminals.

Multi-game functionality
This networked structure allows the operator to actually offer his guests all linked multiplayer games on each of the connected player stations. An easy game management via the serverbased operating menu guarantees unrivalled flexibility for the casino management. The operator can map his complete multiplayer floor layout, define individual groupings, unlock and block certain games on chosen terminals and thus flexibly adapt his multiplayer offering on demand to varying requirements.

The complete range of Novomatic multiplayer games have been newly developed to satisfy the demands of modern gaming, thrill customers with attractive design and offer room for the multitude of extra features. Such features as the multi-game functionality that allows the player to individually select the type of game as well as the specific table he wants to play on directly on his player terminal. Further extra features are Multi-Denomination and multi-language options (for all games!), live camera picture (for Novo TouchBet® Live- and Novo Multi- versions) and the great variety of side bets, help menus, general navigation buttons and info screens that makes electronic live gaming the sophisticated entertainment experience it is.

This new casino attraction features a 26” bottom screen, a 26” top screen as well as a stacked third screen in 16:5 screen format for either the game info or the jackpot display PowerLink™.
