A large delegation of subsidiaries presenting a comprehensive array of products

Novomatic Group’s ‘Multi-Company’ SAGSE 2009

This year’s SAGSE gaming show in Buenos Aires will be held from September 30 to October 2 at its traditional location, Centro Costa Salguero. The event (the largest within South America) will be attended by a large delegation of Novomatic Group subsidiaries presenting a comprehensive array of products and solutions for the international gaming industry.

On booth H29 visitors will be welcomed to the Novomatic World of Gaming by a show team representing no less than three group companies: Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH (AGI), the newly founded AGI Argentina s.r.l. and the latest integrated partner company, Octavian International; in which AGI recently acquired the majority shareholding.

The Novomatic Group will present powerful and attractive products and solutions for the Argentine casino and gaming market as well as its Latin-American neighbour nations. Very special highlights of the show will be the Novo Super-Vision and Super-V+ Gaminator cabinets featuring the latest Coolfire II multi-game mixes (up to mix number 30) for maximum performance on the region’s gaming floors. Also the premium slant top cabinet Novo-Vision Slant Top I will be on show, presenting multi-games for gaming entertainment in great style.

At SAGSE the newly founded Argentine subsidiary AGI Argentina s.r.l. – headed by Sales Director Laureano Bonorino – will make its first appearance. The company, with headquarters in Buenos Aires, will cater to an increasing demand for Novomatic gaming equipment in the Argentinean market and will offer excellent sales and after-sales service as well as technical support for regional customers and partners.

Also featured will be systems, games and cabinets from Octavian, a partner company that is already well established in Argentina and Latin America through its proven gaming systems solutions. Octavian systems on show will be Symphony CE (Casino Edition), the latest development of Octavian’s slots and tables casino management solution, the OctaVideo systems add-on, and P-Box, the progressives system-in-a-box for single-venue operators. Games on show will be High Drive, an integrated game, jackpot and ‘staffless’ payout solution, and the all new Spot The Ball, an easy-to-play football game. Spot The Ball is an exciting development of Fantastic League, the world’s leading virtual football game, and is available to operators of land-based fixed-odds terminals as the result of a global tie-up with the game’s creators, Gextech. The cabinets from Octavian will be the new Maverick 3000, a competitively priced package that combines the elegant silver Novomatic FV 623 Gaminator, Octavian’s own advanced gaming engine and a selection of Octavian games. The GLI approved games, which will all be running at SAGSE, are Crazy Garden, Free Wild, Night Taxi, Pilot School, Lucky Twins and Spin&Win.

Jens Halle, Managing Director, AGI: “This year’s SAGSE will be a great show with new members of the Novomatic family and offers the ideal opportunity to personally introduce them to our customers and partners. Our new subsidiary AGI Argentina is another important hub in the constantly expanding network of Novomatic sales and service centres across the South-American continent and the first overseas branch in Argentina. We are pleased to have retained such an experienced and well-established team of industry veterans who are determined to make this company a success.” (E-08.20.09)
