In the heart of the financial and business district of Medellin, Colombia, the EGASA Group has opened its new building, Nueva Alejandria, and turned over the first homes of an elegant vertical living project designed by the prestigious architectural studio of Fajardo Moreno. The beauty of both the construction and finish has attracted those clients that appreciate the state-of-the-art flavor of the tower, which blends in well with its surroundings in the Golden Mile, and where EGASA is proposing to build the largest casino in the country, a 5-star hotel, a commercial area, convention centre, restaurants and bars.
The tower has 26 floors and another 4 parking levels for 224 vehicles. On the 24th floor there is a heated swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and Turkish baths for the use of the owners. Added to the luxurious fittings of the apartments is a spectacular view from the windows of the tower. Beyond the comfort aspect is that of security and the building is constructed to Colombia’s anti-earthquake regulations and to the very highest building standards.
EGASA, a Spanish company, was established over 30 years ago with the aim of becoming a leading supplier in the leisure and entertainment industry, offering customers a business and professional project prompted by the enthusiasm and passion of all the people that have taken part in the venture. In November 2009 EGASA announced an US$80 million investment in a hotel casino resort in Arica, Chile. (E-06.23.10)
