The Orenes Group, one of the biggest casino groups in Spain, recently signed a deal to be the first operator in the country to install ATRONIC’s ticketing solution, qpon cash. The installation will take place at Gran Casino de Murcia Rincón de Pepe, one of the Orenes Group’s seven casinos. ATRONIC will install qpon cash in two steps, starting with 24 of 45 machines by the end of 2010. The remaining 21 machines will be installed in 2011.

qpon cash is designed for players and operators on the move. It enhances players´ gaming experience and decreases operational costs. qpon cash is a multifunctional and flexible tool for reporting, ticket issuing and redemption, as well as for setting expiry dates and ticket value. Besides increasing control over ticket handling, qpon cash offers a multitude of player benefits, such as ease of use, cleanliness, and easy movement from one slot machine to the next. qpon cash also supports promotional ticketing, and can be used as a helpful marketing tool.

Other Orenes operations like Casino Extremadura with 75 slot machines and Casino Castellón with 60 machines are expected to follow Murcia’s example and install qpon cash in the course of 2011.
