New commercial strategy at Latin America’s vibrant expo in its 12th year

FADJA Reloaded

One month before the Andean Gaming Trade Show, the strategic planning is full speed ahead. The entire organization team of 3A Producciones is meeting schedules and activities to get everything ready for the twelfth edition of the Latin American event, which has achieved the distinction of being “the most effective and productive trade show of the industry in the Andean Region”.

New Services
This year FADJA will surprise visitors and with a series of new services that merits the standards corresponding to the status bestowed by industry experts as an international trade fair.

Personalized Point Service: One of the new strategic alliances made by FADJA was made with Bogota Travel Network (BTN), a company that operates as a meeting place for the best providers of tourist services in the Colombian capital. BTM which joins FADJA 2010 to participate as the main Point Service for exhibitors and visitors to provide detailed information and solutions to their needs such as: advice on travel, hotels, land transportation, tourism, restaurants, etc.

BTN will also serve as a consultation and orientation guide for visitors in the Great Hall to help visitors and exhibitors locate products of their interest with greater ease. BTN has the support of institutions like Proexport Colombia and Bogota Bureau.

Press Room: Specialized and national media will be present doing exclusive coverage of the trade show and for this, FADJA 2010 will have a Press Room with computer and telecommunications resources available to journalists to carry out their professional work.

‘Small Exhibitors’ Stands: For international exhibitors FADJA brings a new service called 'Small Exhibitor ", a proposal that is to give the opportunity to companies wanting to be in the trade show and because of their logistics they cannot move their machines or executive staff to Colombia. This new marketing strategy provides stands of smaller size and price, equipped with all necessary tools and services for the company to exhibit its brand and offer its products with the support of a bilingual representative or promoter, who will be permanently in touch with its headquarters via Skype. The exhibitor will then have the opportunity to know and talk with its prospective clients by video conference, receiving at the end of the show a detailed report with the new business contacts.

Stands for Small and Medium Sized Companies Colombia: A similar marketing strategy as the one above has been made available in FADJA 2010 for the national companies, providers of casinos and game rooms, who are interested in being a part of this privileged business environment, at an unmatchable price.

New Exhibitors
Traditional FADJA`s visitors have taken, in 2010, the decision to bet on the trade show as exhibitors. Important brands such as the Spanish card makers Naipes Heraclio Fournier S.A, Atlantis Carpets from Argentina, Micro Corp – Gaming and RF Games CCL, from the United States, Rylsa and Site One, from Colombia, and from Taiwan Fulgent Enterprise Co, are some of the new exhibitors of the Andean Gaming Trade Show.

Everything new available at FADJA 2010 points to the success of the event in anticipation of its date set for April 21 and 22, when Bogota will don in elegance and charm to welcome exhibitors and visitors at this great Latin American event, which is the expo industry benchmark of the Colombian international gambling industry.
