Fourth Annual Pacific Congress on I-Gaming set for Feb. 20-21

JUST OVER A WEEK TO GET TO MACAU

With ICEi in the rear view mirror, all eyes in the interactive gaming world turn to Macau, where River City Group is set to hold the Fourth Annual Pacific Congress on I-Gaming Feb. 20-21. The organizers have ensured that the event will take place at one of Macau's truly outstanding properties: the beautiful Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

This means you've got just over a week to book your travel if you haven't yet! By all indications, attendance numbers at PCIG 2006 - with a new location, a new program agenda and a flood of first-time attendees - are expected to eclipse those from the previous three conferences.

River City Group CEO Sue Schneider explains: "The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We knew it was time to move the event to Asia, but the response from the industry has been even more enthusiastic than expected." Another first for PCIG in 2006 is the addition of a dedicated area for companies promoting their region-specific products and services.

A small exhibition area will feature companies such as Microgaming, Orbis, Playtech, Chimera Technology, Chexx Inc., Everest Poker and First Cagayan Leisure & Resort Corp. Microgaming deserves a special thanks as PCIG's first Title Sponsor. Other sponsors of PCIG include FunTown (Name Badge Sponsor), Everest Poker (Cocktail Reception Sponsor) and Mohawk Internet Technologies - MIT (Refreshment Breaks Sponsor).

Interest in Asia is high, and learning how to enter this market and serve it with key Web and financial services is important to those seeking a truly global strategy. But as it has in previous years, the PCIG conference program will also cater to attendees from all over the South Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, the Pacific islands and elsewhere. The two days of wide ranging seminars will provide information that is essential for doing business in these burgeoning jurisdictions.

Key topics will include: - The Social Outlook for I-Gaming in Asia - Internationalization and Localization Strategies - A View from the Hong Kong Jockey Club - An Overview of the Financial Markets - Payment Processing: Meeting Customers' Needs - Structuring Cross-Border Business Ventures - Enabling a Seamless Mobile Gambling Experience.
