Alliance Gaming, Mikohn, lead gaming companies’ presentations

ROTH CAPITAL PARTNERS CONFERENCE OPENS TODAY

Mikohn Gaming Corporation's President and CEO Russ McMeekin with Michael A. Sicuro CFO will be making a presentation tomorrow at 10:00 ET on the second day of the Roth Capital Partners Conference, which opens today in New York City. The presentation is being web cast through http://www.com/webcast/roth4/mi and in addition the presentation slides may also be viewed on the company's website during seven days. Later in the day, Alliance Gaming Corp.'s CFO Robert Saxton and Steven Des Champs ACO will make their presentation, and their presentation slides can be viewed on the company's website at http://www.alliancegaming.com

Roth Capital Partners, based in Newport Beach, California are the investment banking service specialized in IPO's, private placements, mergers and acquisitions who will be holding their New York Conference starting today through to Wednesday 15 September at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City. Also this year, the event adds a third day hosted by RedChip Resources, LLC called "Discovery Day" in an effort to bring institutional investors even more 'undiscovered ideas', and will include more than 40 small and micro-cap companies.

Gordon McBean, Roth Capital's Director of Research said that the number of companies that will be present at this year's event has more than doubled to over 200: "Since Roth Capital specializes in discovering and financing investment opportunities, our conferences have traditionally served as an important venue for the investment community as they search out and investigate promising companies." RCP have a reputation for "finding, funding and fostering the growth of emerging companies."

The RCP conference is focused on bringing small cap investment ideas to institutional investors. This year's conference will showcase returning companies that are widely recognized names, as well as new ideas that have been uncovered by Roth Capital's research team. Several members of the team received number one rankings in the recently published and broadly followed Wall Street Journal "Best on the Street Analyst Survey." and the Forbes.com/Star Mine-North American Analyst Survey.

For the operators, Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. will be represented by Finance VP Donn Mitchell, who is scheduled to speak today at 14:30 ET. Tomorrow at 11:00 it is the turn of Peter Hoetzinger, President of Century Casinos, Inc. Isle of Capri operates 16 casinos in 14 locations that stretch from Biloxi in Mississippi to Freeport in Grand Bahama, and include Dudley and Wolverhampton in England. Century Casinos operate in Cripple Creek, Colorado, Cape Town in South Africa, Prague in the Czech Republic, as well as having casinos with two cruise ship companies.

The average stock prize of the 94 companies that presented in the 2003 New York conference rose 31.04% between September 5, 2003 and July 2, 2004, compared to a gain of 14.51% for the Russell 2000 and 10.8% for the S&P 500 during the same time period. This year's conference sponsors include AT&T Wireless, Bloomberg, Red Chip Resources, LLC, The American Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange, amongst others. Over 650 institutional investors will attend the conference this year.
