CGS: In this second experience in the Caribbean, first in Aruba Gaming Show 2009 and now in Dominican Republic with the Caribbean Gaming Show & Conference 2010, would you tell us about your expectations for this second edition?
DG: Our expectations for the fair in Santo Domingo are pretty good, because of the existing market in Dominican Republic and its influence area that are very important to us. We believe firmly that our products and services can be of great interest to the local operators, as it covers existing needs on the market. Our versatility will allow us take the right step in our products presentation.

CGS: What do you think about the gaming industry in the Caribbean and the potential of growth for your company in this region?
LO: I think it is a growth market and with needs of equipment change for which our products and services can be very well received because they bring quality, technology and accessible costs. The Caribbean market is in permanent change and growth, with very important development projects, and where the game rules allow making safe investments and alliances.

CGS: Basically to what kind of market do you have on mind and what products are you going to promote?
DG: The most important market for us is in the control systems area Online and the electromechanical roulettes, and we aim to start there as part of our strategy in the Caribbean region. After our last presentation (in Aruba), we had excellent results with our Mega Roulette, and we have three versions, one with 19 inches wide monitor, the other with two monitors of 19 inches, and finally the higher range with the 32 inches monitor. Our traditional Platinum Roulette will have a special place at the Expo, and we shall focus in addition on emphasizing the compact version with 10 positions. Finally, we have our new platform Zapphire Solutions that includes a loyalty system for clients. This has a new 6.2 inches touch screen monitor that enable players to place orders from the machine to the bar, etc., part of course from the Jackpot feature of the games.

LO: We have a permanent project in our company which is always set on the technological and commercial growth in the whole Latin America. We support all C&GS Group projects, because they have given us good results since the beginning, and we are glad to promote developments in the company as we see a potential of growth for them.
