Suzo International has been serving the coin-machine industries since 1955 when the Suverein family realized the opportunity to supply the local Dutch market with spare parts for juke boxes imported from the United States. The company has gone a long way since then and has grown to become the largest supplier of components / spare parts for the gaming and amusement industry.

The South American market is of vital importance to Suzo International and back in 2001 a branch was opened in both Argentina and Brazil. Companies outside of South America who deal with South America are acquainted with the varied, complicated, often bureaucratic procedures of exporting their goods there and the complications and costs it means on the client’s side for the import.

Suzo Americas have focused on improving the export-import process. Gaming companies exporting to South America can bundle shipments and make use of this logistical centre used by Suzo Americas. Instead of sending several smaller shipments to South American customers, these can be sent together to Suzo Americas’ Freeport distribution centre and be managed / shipped from there. The Freeport is in Montevideo, Uruguay.

For the regional operators, this means that they can satisfy their needs for a wide variety of spares with just one single import procedure. For regional manufacturers, Suzo Americas offers additional advantages. With over 30,000 products in its range, the local manufacturer can choose many machine components from Suzo Americas, be it a touchscreen monitor, a handle bar, a ticket printer, a note reader or even the tower lights. Instead of having to import these goods from each, individual supplier, the local OEM can rely on Suzo Americas for its needs.

Suzo Americas offer the possibility of just-in-time delivery from its Montevideo Freeport distribution centre, allowing companies to first receive goods when they are really required for the manufacturing process. Suzo Americas always strive to offer complete solutions to the local market. To this end Suzo Americas has increased its offering by two major product lines. Firstly, with an international agreement with VendingData from Las Vegas, Suzo Americas can now offer its complete product range which includes the Dolphin RFID chips, shufflers and the ChipWasher machine.

Secondly, Suzo Americas is pleased to announce a joint venture with Signs4U, a Dutch manufacturer of customer casino signs. Signs4U has quickly established itself as a market leader. The combination of strong demand for its signs and the excellent relationship with Suzo has led to the natural step of Suzo Americas setting up a local manufacturing site for Signs4U at the Freeport in Uruguay.
