As Eelex 2004 in Moscow reaches its close, its hosts have announced a further expansion of their Russian offices. The Unicum Group of Companies has organized the Russian gaming industry trade show since 1991, first in St Petersburg and now in Moscow. The Group is the leading Russian supplier of gaming machines and equipment for casinos, gaming slot halls and entertainment complexes. They also manufacture slot machines and offer operational consulting services.

Gaming activity is expanding fast in Russia, which has led to the Unicum decision to open a representative office in Saratov. The south of Russia is showing rapid gaming growth, especially in the cities of Saratov, Krasnodar and Rostov. Unicum will now be fully represented in the region.

The primary goal of the Saratov office is to offer a high standard of service and gaming equipment to its clients, including solutions promotion, effective sales system organization and technical support. The Volga region will also be covered. Commercial Director, Alexander Gonchrov, says “We do our best to react fast to clients’ demand and interest in quality gaming equipment.”

The new business unit at the Saratov office will manage the sales of all video slots, components and equipment for gaming halls and casinos, machines for entertainment centres, and hi-tech management and control systems. The office has sales and technical support departments and all the employees have been fully trained at the Unicum Moscow office. Having high standards of professionalism and a willingness to achieve set objectives will enable the Unicum representatives to provide excellent sales and service to their customers.

The Unicum Group has further expansion plans. In early 2005 another representative office will be opening. This one will be in the Far Eastern Khabarovsk, home of the petroleum refining industry.
